Installed these nerf steps on my Chevy Silverado Trail Boss today. They look great, fit perfectly, and were easy to install. For the price point, it's hard to see how you could get a better step. However, I was a little dissapointed in the shipping time and customer service. It took them more than two weeks to send the steps eventhough they were in stock the entire time. My only guess is that they were waiting to ship them with a tonneau cover that is still on backorder. When I contacted customer support to inquire about the estimated shipping dates of my products, I got no response but they did ship the steps the next day. Overall, I'm very happy with the item but a little dissappointed with the customer service.

2020 Chevrolet 2500 HD, easy install. Just remove plugs and bolt up to OEM nutsert. Instructions do not help.
