Couldn't do better yourself
If I had the steel and the welder... and the skills... I MIGHT be able to build a stronger replacement unit than these M.O.R.E. components. But at this price, why? VERY stout, gusseted in all the right places with thick, excellent quality welds through out. If you break one of these it's almost guaranteed you've got a whole lot of other trouble to worry about first... like retrieving your rig from the bottom of the Grand Canyon. I bought the steering box bracket from the same company last year and was not disappointed to see the same battle tank-like ruggedness in these hangers too. Coated with... something made from the heart of neutron stars? Doesn't chip, doesn't rust, doesn't scratch, probably doesn't grind off either. Superb product at an excellent price.

A: Hello Bill, This purch kit can be used as a spring over or spring under the axle. They will require welding to install. Thank you for the question.

A: Hello Troy Yes they are pretty much universal you might have to grind the outer edge of the opening to fit the axle tube. I've used them on Dana 60's and 70's with no problems at all. The 70 had 3.5 inch tubes so a little bigger than the 14 bolt.
