5.0 Maxxis Trepator 37x12.50-16LT 97’ Lexus Triple Loc

I love them! They could not be balanced with weights we had to use semi truck balancing beads, the beads worked great. The tread is very aggressive and I can’t wait to see them in action. I played with different air pressures and stopped I had to run about 44 to 45 pounds of air in the tires, any less air pressure after sitting over night the tires would have a flat spot on them. The flat spot would rattle my teeth out until they came out. It seemed to me that the flat spots really never came out. Granted I don’t drive it very far during a normal day just around town. Run around 45 pounds of air in them and it is smooth, even in the morning!

These things have been great so far on and off road. Loud but that’s a given when you’re getting tires like these. Very even wear for 8k miles.

4.0 Tough

I went from average mud tires to these on my weekend warrior. These are bias ply, and the only downfall is running low pressure the tires will have flat spots after sitting over night. Other then that I run beadlocks and regularly air down to 2 psi and can't be stopped. My rig is heavy and low and with lockers and these tires I can go anywhere.

A: Thanks for the inquiry DJ, the Maxxis Tires 37x12.50R16, Trepador part # MXXTL30024600 we do recommend a load range 'E' which is a 10 ply for a diesel, an 8 ply will work but a 10 ply is recommended.
