I have a 1994 wrangler and the turn signal and wiper lever broke off the steering column. I presently have the intermitten wiper lever, but don't use the intermitten wipers (heck don't really use the wipers, but need to have them available just in case). So I was curious if the lever without the intermitten wiper control will still work on my wrangler. If I installed the lever would the lever w/o intermitten wiper control still work my turn signals and also work the wipers using one speed?
In addition, concerning installation does the steering wheel need to be removed to replace this lever? I have an aftermarket jeep repair book, but it doesn't go into detail on every part and that includes this lever.
Any feedback and advise is greatly appreciated.
