Easily bolts directly to the Garvin Wilderness Rack. Reduces the wind noise normally associated with empty roof racks. Black powder coated for durability. Works with all 54"W Off-Road Series Garvin Racks.
The top mounting bolts are installed before the frame is welded together so they can not be removed, The bolts point towards the rear, and while this makes it easier to put on the nuts, it you have any cargo pushed up against the front of the rack, these nuts can damage the cargo. It would be better if all the bolts were left out. I cut the top bolts out, reversed and replaced them with carriage bolts.
