A: A 2019 Tacoma uses a G/22-2156-488 if it has the 8.75” rear diff. The 8.75” comes in a 2016 or newer Tacoma that has a Factory rear E-Locker or a manual trans. A 2016 or newer Tacoma with out a Factory rear E-Locker and an auto trans has a 8” V6 style rear End with a 29 spline pinion gear G/22-2058-488. The 2016 and newer 8” rear uses all different bearings than previous years and it would use a G/235-2057 front kit for the bearings and pinion seal and a G/235-2043 early style minor kit for the crush sleeve and the ring gear bolts. For the 8.75” it would use a YKGYKT8.75 master install kit

A: Hi Jeff I would recommend using a set of 4.88 gears http://jo.my/3qz5yv http://jo.my/upzael with the 37" tires. many of the 87 and later trucks have 3.08 gears in them and the 4.88 will be a huge jump in performance for them. One concern is the rear drive shaft may need to be re-balanced as it will be spinning a lot faster then ever and the balance was bad from the factory.Thank You

A: Hi Jason These gears will be a great addition to your Jeep JK Wrangler. the 4.88 is a good ratio to bring your back to stock plus a little to compensate for the heavier wheels and tires.the G/22-2052-488 is for the rear and being a Rubicon the front will be the G/22-2051-488R. i would consider getting the master bearing kits with the gears to make sure you have all the proper shims and bearings to ease the gear install. The G/235-2051 is for the front and the rear is the G/235-2052. i will also suggest that you get a high quality gear oil like the Lucas line of oils to protect your investment. Thank You
