PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The all new G2 Heavy Duty JK Front Dana 30 axle truss and armor system gives your JK the strength it needs to take serious abuse. Constructed from 1/4 inch thick main components and 1/8 inch thick reinforcement plates, this truss design provides critical strengthening in a lightweight package across the whole axle, not just the long tube. All components are laser cut to precise specifications to ensure a perfect fit for easy installation. Welding is required, including to the cast center section. Professional welding skills are strongly recommended. The G2 heavy duty JK Rubicon Front Dana 44 axle truss and armor system is intended for use on JKs with at least some lift. For vehicles with minimal or no lift, please check clearances before installation. This system is designed for US-Spec vehicles.

A: The PN: G268-2051S is designed for the Factory JK housings (front) and PN: G268-2052 is for the (Rear) Factory JK housings, G2 used these housing to build their 44's maybe 10 yrs ago. The G2 CORE 44 housings are designed not to need a truss.

A: Hello The truss get stitch welded on the tubes also and at the center section.

A: Hello Yes we do them at our stores with the axle in the Jeep. It is easier if you remove the upper arms and track bar. That way you can let it droop down further.

A: Hello I checked with the guy's at G2 and they say it will clear all the brackets and arms with your kit.
