PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Hammer differential covers are cast and machined nodular iron, the same material as the center section of your Jeep's axle housing. The ductile properties of G2's thick nodular iron cover can take tremendous amounts of abuse. Factory stamped steal covers can deform when smashed on the rocks, potentially damaging the ring gear or cause oil leaks. When your JL or JT is brought to an abrupt stop from that rock that just got center punched with your front pumpkin, you can take a breath and know that G2's Hammer differential cover is the right tool for the job.

Ramped extrusions on the bottom 1/3 of the cover jut out to add thickness for strength and are angled to help slide up and down the rocks. The fill plug is flush mounted to keep it out of harm's way and magnetized to help keep metal flakes out of your oil. A multi-layered re-usable aluminum gasket is provided for a leakproof installation. G2's Hammer covers for JL and JT are currently available in Grey and now Bronze to help set your Jeep apart from the rest.
