If you want to totally revamp the look of your Jeep, look no further than a set of Fishbone Offroad Tube Fenders. Our Fenders totally change the look and attitude of the Jeep. Made from Steel or Aluminum and then covered with a textured black powder coat that will match your bumpers and armor.
The rear fenders have a 1/2 in. gap between the body and the fender, and makes the rubber strip fall down between it.
Easy install and looks good. With good powder coat
The look, the fit, and function are great... however, week 3 after install and I'm already seeing rust spots around the seams. This is in the southeast away from the coast and salty mountain roads.
Modification required beyond cutting fender, most holes do not align , not even close
Fenders went on easily. Had to remove the driver's side and had a few issues. A nutsert pulled out of the fender so not using it. The bolts and nuts for drivers side stripped so had to cut them off and replace. So make sure you're installing only once and you will be happy with them. I know I am.
They're OK. I didn't like the way the rubber is made to be so exposed but that's my fault for not looking into it more. Build quality seems fine and the lights work. Install was simple enough. Overall not bad. If they weren't chinese I'd recommend them.
Installed all 4 steel fenders in one day, by myself. With another person it would cut install time in half. The nutsert tool is a must u less you want to spend forever installing these. Directions suck, watch the video by fishbone. Its a little better than instructions. The sticky tape meant to hold fenders in place while installing doesn't work. I used double sided thick tape and that worked. Just need quite a bit of patience. All hardware included, nothing missing.
