Fabtechs Lift Spindles not only increase vehicle height, but provide increased front end ground clearance without compromising factory handling characteristics. Fabtechs Lift Spindles are compatible with Fabtechs Performance Lift Systems or may be installed directly on your stock OEM suspension. These one-piece, cast spindles directly replace the factory spindle for a quick and easy, no-weld installation and are engineered to accept the factory ball joints. All Fabtech Spindles accept stock wheels and tires.
YOUR WEB SITE SAYS THAT THESE WILL FIT MY 2000 FORD EXPEDITION XLT 4WD BUT I JUST WANTED TO DOUBLE CHECK AS THE DESCRIPTION SAYS THEY ARE FOR THE F150. I KNOW MUCH IS COMPATIBLE BETWEEN THE FORDS. ALSO, WILL I NEED LONGER SHOCKS FOR THE FRONT?
CHRIS from DENVER on
Thanks for the inquiry CHRIS, the Fabtech 3.5 Inch Lift Spindle part # FABFTS97159-7 is incorrect, this manufacturer only offers a 6 inch lift for a 4x4.

does this item push the front wheel outwards / increase track?
and by how much? 1/2 inch 1 inch?
kirby from on
Thanks for the inquiry kirby, the Fabtech 3.5 Inch Lift Spindle FABFTS97159-7 these increase the track width about .5 inch per side.
So if these spindles are installed to raise the front 3.5 inches, how would the rear be raised to match on a coil spring style rear suspension?

You didn't say what type of truck you are working on. There might be longer coils or coils spacers. Since they make the front they would have a rear option also.
