A: In my experience, you can’t take the grill off without removing the Fab Four bumper. I only had a issue when I tried to switch headlights. It didn’t rub the grill while installed. 

A: Not positive why it wouldn’t . But a lot of these bumpers come with 2 brackets so they can be used on jk and jl. 

A: It does fit perfectly. I own one myself. My guess is they didn’t install because it’s close to scratch the grill but it’s doable. Just make sure to have a second person to hold it while installing it. Its pretty heavy an can scratch your grill if you do it by yourself like I did.  

A: Wow, Kelly. Your knowledge is in fact wrong then. My 20 JLU Rubicon DOES in fact have front proximity sensors. So I guess you could call 2ish years recent. 

A:  I’m sorry this bumper does not, And it’s very thick so I don’t know if it would be easy to cut holes for them. Besides that it’s a great bumper very well built.

A: To our knowledge, Jeeps do not have front proximity sensors unless that is a recent new feature. That bumper does not accommodate front sensors.

A: No they don’t interfere with the head lights. You’ll have no visible beam distortion 

A: After installation of the bumper we have not noticed any headlight beam interference. The guards do not stick up as high as represented in the picture.

A: I have the Fab Four stubby and it did not come with D rings.  Which was fine as I was able to get D Rings to match my mojito Jeep 

A: Shackles no, but the d-rings are welded on.

A: I did with mine but mine are halogen bulbs. I'm thinking that if yours is the Rubicon you need to buy an adapter to make them fit. Not 100% sure though.

A: Integrated fog light housing uses 3x3 Pod lights or factory fog lights. It is NOT compatible with OE Steel bumper fog lights.

A: Yes 

A: I would say they are definitely strong enought to do that!

A: Rich, this Fab Fours Stubby Bumper accepts 3/4" D-Rings with a 7/8" pin size. The D-rings are not included and you will need to buy them separately.

A: Yes, this Fab Fours bumper will fit your stock fog lights from the stock plastic bumper.
