A: Hello, No this is a tire carrier for the rear bumper. No bumper or hitch is included. This tire carrier is for this bumper FFIJK07-Y1251-1. FFIJK07-Y1251-1 uses the factory hitch (does not come with a new one). Thanks for checking us out.
