Energy Suspension's Hyper-Flex System increases handling, performance, control and durability on many of your vehicle's suspension system's components. HYPER-FLEX? performance polyurethane bump stops and bushings for control arms, traction bars, leaf springs, etc. are guaranteed to last longer and operate more efficiently than original rubber stops.
Things aren't so great about this product, the bushings are rock solid, I doubt there is any give what so ever. The chassis vibrations and noise resonate much louder than with rubber. But...and this is the only reason I bought them. I will most likely never need to replace the bushings ever again. I was also disappointed that my "Master Kit" did not include any sway bar bushings, engine mount, transmission mount, new bump stops nor did the kit include instructions. The "Master Kit" was basically just the body mounts, leaf spring bushings and 4 dust boots for the steering knuckles. Over all not a great kit but the price is good and the quality is there?

4.0Need to be more flexible
This product is really very good but, the installation instructions need to be improved in a major way. Also if using this product on a mid 80's chevy, be prepared to "adjust" parts to fit in places that are not defined in the directions. Basically, be flexible with the way you look at how the parts are installed. Some tweeking may be required.

4.0Jasons review of hyperflex system
I have used this style of kit in the past, although now it seems that the complete kit only comes with the 7 degree C-bushings, my vehicle is lifted but it also has radius arm drops on it as well, I had to alter the bushings to make the degree change much less. Other than that I like the kit. I would not deter me from purchasing this kit again in the future, its just a hassle that it now only comes that way. thanks

4.0Energy Suspension for '98 F150 complete
This kit requires high levels of expertise to install; you need to know what your capabilities are. The instructions are clear, and for the most part cover all the intricacies of the process.
You can go by the mechanics guide for hours required, but it will be short on the actual time required. Be prepared to have the vehicle down for a long time.
There was only one part that was incorrect for the application, the anti sway bar bushings did not fit and I will be contacting the seller for the correct ones.

This is a high quality upgrade that completely eliminated the suspension mushiness and steering play in my lightly used, low mileage 2000 SuperDuty. Installation difficulty is medium, provided you have the proper equipment (i.e. lift and shop press).
Hello, the Energy Suspension Hyper-Flex System part# ene5.18109g will not fit a 4x4. Energy suspension does not currently carry a kit for your vehicle. Thank you for your inquiry.
This product says for stock suspension only. What would not be used if the vehicle is lifted?
Answer this question
Hello Justin, The Energy Suspension Hyper-Flex System is set for stock suspensions. You will have to check with your suspension manufacture to see what is not compatible.
Will this product work on suspensions that have been modified with 4 lift kits? I have a 98 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sport 4x4 4.0 litre? Needing replacement bushing kits for suspension.
Answer this question
Thank you for your question. The Energy Suspension Hyper-Flex System is designed to work with OEM control arms. If you lift kit uses stock bushings then it will work. If the lift kit uses a proprietary bushing they will not work. Please consult the manufacture of your lift kit.
Andy thank you for your question. The Energy Suspension Hyper-Flex System part number ENE4.18123R does come with sway bar and end link bushings. The kit comes with 2 front control arm bushings, body mounts, rear leaf spring bushings, front sway bar and end link bushings.
