Energy Suspension Hyper-Flex Master Bushing Kits

we use this for all of our ford Dana44 axle swaps and SAS and use them in our mud bog trucks.

This is a high quality upgrade that completely eliminated the suspension mushiness and steering play in my lightly used, low mileage 2000 SuperDuty. Installation difficulty is medium, provided you have the proper equipment (i.e. lift and shop press).

This product is really very good but, the installation instructions need to be improved in a major way. Also if using this product on a mid 80's chevy, be prepared to "adjust" parts to fit in places that are not defined in the directions. Basically, be flexible with the way you look at how the parts are installed. Some tweeking may be required.

I have used this style of kit in the past, although now it seems that the complete kit only comes with the 7 degree C-bushings, my vehicle is lifted but it also has radius arm drops on it as well, I had to alter the bushings to make the degree change much less. Other than that I like the kit. I would not deter me from purchasing this kit again in the future, its just a hassle that it now only comes that way. thanks

This kit requires high levels of expertise to install; you need to know what your capabilities are. The instructions are clear, and for the most part cover all the intricacies of the process. You can go by the mechanics guide for hours required, but it will be short on the actual time required. Be prepared to have the vehicle down for a long time. There was only one part that was incorrect for the application, the anti sway bar bushings did not fit and I will be contacting the seller for the correct ones.
