The Eaton posi is so much better than the factory Ford F250 Super Duty posi . So far, I am pleased with the perfomance. If the performance does not suit me, then there are stiffer springs available for the posi. The unit was fairly easy to install and with the carbon fiber clutches, the posi should last for many miles before a rebuild is needed.

will this work with my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer LS 2WD with 3.42 axle ratio?

They use 2 different axles in the Trailblazer's the 8.5/8.6 and the 8 inch. If yours has the 8.6 yes it will work. If you have the 8 inch we have the Eaton also part number

This is a good unit for the 10 bolt the one that is a stronger replacement is the Eaton / Detroit True Trac part number EAT 913a481 here is a link.
