You have clearly spent a lot of time figuring things out. -Surprisingly high level of quality of all components - both composite materials and hardware. -Excellent fit and very little adjustment needed (2017 Sierra 2500 6’6” bed) -Installation: instructions were very well written, very clear and the videos helped too for things like the handle installation Customer Service: -Very responsive -Very knowledgable staff (had a couple discussions over the phone and several via email) -Customer-friendly practices such as combining items bought separately into a single shipping -Very fast shipping!! Delivered in just 5 days in Denver - in time for my upcoming trip (thank you!) I am impressed with the product you have developed, the company you are building and the approach you are taking.
