Great sending unit. Exactly what I needed. The sales people at 4 wheel parts were friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, when I opened the box, there was NO gasket! Where's the GASKET??? I realized it wasn't left out by accident but that this is the "new" standard. Who would EVER replace a sending unit without a new gasket? NO ONE WOULD. The manufactures know that too, and so do the top dogs at the companies selling automotive products. It's a great way to get customers to spend MORE MONEY than before because now we have to order a gasket separately, and usually for a higher price than what it would have been in the past, if ordered separately. Then there's shipping/handling charges to pad their pockets with a little more of your money. You know that line: minimum shipping charge $3.99, etc... It's just like the AIRLINES, now charging for every little thing that USED to come with the normal fare. Sellers and manufactures DON'T CARE about inconveniencing the buyers, long as they make that extra buck, or bucks! So, for everyone reading this: START calling, e mailing anyone and everyone with this issue. Otherwise, it will NEVER STOP and soon you'll get sending units without the little clip-in plastic float since "those are extra now."
