    5.0 Just what I needed

    My old long arm lift used plastic bushings that wore out after 10K mi causing axle movement - very dangerous drifting between lanes on the freeway! So I redesigned the long arms using these OEM bushings to be longer lasting. I don't expect the rubber to wear out like the older lift kit experienced.

    Q: does this part fit a jeep TJ on the upper front axle side control arm mount because "Fits axle side and rear of front upper control arm." is a little confusing. Answer this question

    A: Hello It fits into the housing and the arm slides over it. On the rear of the front arm it presses into the arm.

    Q: about to change my upper control arms #re3780 do i need to replace the bushings also? or just put the arms on old bushing? or is it best to do this while i am already there? thanks 2006 jeep wrangler lifted 6" Answer this question

    A: Rob- Thank you for your question. The upper control arm bushings should be inspected at the time you pull the arm off. If you have the new style of arm with the new bushings and they are used you should probably replace them while they are out of the truck.
