All Classic Tube Brake Lines are manufactured with computer precision on state-of-the-art programmable tube benders, insuring exact duplication of original lines to factory specifications. Aircraft quality lines are made from seamless 304 grade stainless steel, double annealed tubing. Lines are pressure tested and have a 6,000 psi burst. All lines include stainless steel fittings. Gravel guard spring steel is used on many of the lines to protect them from stones and gravel common on the road and trail. Rubber hoses not included. Compatible with all Dot approved brake fluids. For 1976-78 CJ5 without power disc brakes.
I have a 76 cj5 with a 258, drums on front and rear. All lines were easy to install, except one, but seem to be of good quality. One of the lines from the master cylinder to the proportioning valve had the wrong size thread end on it. It was somewhat tough to find a shop that could still flare old steel lines like these. Over all good kit for a great price. Roughly $150 cheaper than most sites had it listed.
