Carr Deluxe Light Bars

A: You have to by the gutterless mounting kit and drill holes in the door jam and screw the mounting kit to the door jam then clamp the light bar to the mounting kit. I mounted mine to my roof rack so I didn't have to drill holes in the door jam. I wouldn't have gotten it if I knew I had to drill holes to make it work. I would never recommend drilling into the door jam, your just asking for leaks and rust.

A: I'm not sure if it will fit a Nissan, but you can cut the bar to length. As far as the clips, If you have have a lip in the shape of an "L" that overhangs the door the clips that come with it may work, emphasize the word "May". I have a 95 Tahoe and the door seam to the roof curve has no overhang so I had to do all kinds of fabrication to get this thing to work properly. They sold clips for my Tahoe but those were separate and I wasn't willing to take the chance at the cost. One thing to note, it also sits about 4 to 5 inches from the top of the roof. add the bar and lights, and you have nearly a foot from the top of the roof to the top of the light. If you have a 3 inch lift on your truck you may not be able to get it into a normal garage.

A: Not all vehicles are the same, if you have a lip type rain gutter then it should work, if your rain gutter is at a gradual angle then there may be brackets that do not come with the lightbar. You'll need to check on this. Call 4-WheelParts before ordering.

A: It mounts into the rain gutter on the roof. I loaded the instructions to this part on the site if you would like to view them.

A: Mine went on a 1995Tahoe two door 4x4 No, it's a lightbar, no lights. One thing you also have to consider is if extra parts are required to mount it to you vehicle. When I purchased it, I didn't realize that I needed braces to mout it. It also rest rather high on the roof, with that said, I had to do quite a bit of fabrication to make it fit the way I wanted it but it worked perfectly and looks great.

A: Chuck, the Carr Deluxe Light Bar is made for an 05+ Durango so it will not fit yours. Unfortunately we don't carry one for your application. Hope this helps!

A: Ryan- Thanks for the inquiry. You can mount up to 7 small lights on the Carr Deluxe light bar. The factory jeep sun roof retracts into the roof so you should be ok but check clearance in the vent position before bolting it down. Once set to length the bar cannot be expanded.
