A small design flaw.
I just installed these rails on my 2019 Ram 2500. After watching YouTube video I thought "boy this is going to be easy" Haha! Nope!!! I only had one issue, the 4 1/2" bolt that goes through the hitch rail down through the bed rail on the passenger side. I had to cut 1" off the bolt because it was hitting the bracket underneath the bed. Then the square holed spacer and the flange nut wouldn't fit between the bracket as instructed to. I had to only use the flange nut. Not the square holed spacer. Other than that it went well considering that and a tight fit between gas tank and the frame. That was a total pain also.
