For extreme off-road use, there is nothing else like Bushwacker Cut-Out Fender Flares. Each set of Cut-Out Fender Flares is individually designed for your Toyota Tacoma to maximize off-road wheel travel and maintain adequate tire coverage. That custom approach means a smoother appearance, greater strength, and easier bolt-on installation with tough stainless steel hardware. As the name says, Cut-Out Fender Flares require cutting body sheet metal to achieve maximum articulation and coverage for oversized tires (see the installation guide for your specific model for complete details). Cut-Out Fender Flares are made from thick, warp-proof Dura-Flex 2000, our own proprietary material, engineered for added durability and flexibility in severe conditions. Its UV protection guards against chalking, while its pro-grade matte black finish looks great as-is, or custom painted to create your own personal look. Cut-Out Fender Flares offer extreme performance with style to match.

Good flares

I own a 03 Tacoma dbl cab, but Bushwacker don't make it for my bed style. So i emailed them & they said something about there being to much sheet metal in the bed. Ignoring that fact because i don't need the clearance, but instead i needed the 3in. of tire coverage for the recon law on Oahu. I ordered it for a extended cab & got it a little over a month later. I got it on without having to cut the lips of the fenders & the fitment was great. It was the bed i was mainly worried about especially the drivers side because of the gas cap. It fits, I'm happy with it, my tires are covered & makes my truck look more beefy.

Good Stuff

We replaced two rear flares that broke easily in a close encounter with some trees. The flares look great and they do go on easliy, however, I wish the material had been more flexible so we wouldn't have needed to replace them. All in all, I think they are good flares and will put some on other rigs when we need to.

I own a 2002 Tacoma Diuble Cab 4x4 with a 2" lift. Looking to gain tire clearance. How much material needs to be cut to make these work. Thanks

Hello Timothy, You remove almost 2" or material in the front (rear portion) wheel well and 1" in the rear. Please click on the grey "Instructions" tab on the product page for more details. Thank you.

I have a 2004 Tacoma regular cab base model 2WD with standard bed and 2.4liter engine. I am confused as sometimes i see that these fit, and sometimes they say that they only fit 4WD models. I have a Fabtech spindle lift with 15 x 8 rims that stick out too much. would like to know if these are designed to fit my truck. Also, does this kit come with all 4 flares?

I am considering purchasing Bushwacker fender flares for my 1999 Toyota Tacoma X-Cab 4x4. Was interested after reading the first review from "Braddah". Noticed he didn't have to cut any metal at all. My truck seems to be lifted about the same as his and I too need tire coverage more than clearance. Was hoping to get a little more confirmation to ease of installation before I decide to purchase. Any info from you or Braddah would be helpful. Thanks!
