Our new GEN 3 TrailDoors are the best we have ever made. We significantly improved the quality. The door frames are now robotically welded with precision. The Frames bends are computer controlled through a CNC mandrel auto-feed machine. These new processes insure a consistent fitting door frame. Like the GEN II doors the hinge pins are bolt on, but now the latch plate is bolt on bracket as well. This allows us to add a horizontal adjustment feature on the latch location insuring proper alignment with the vehicle striker. Another improvement is the door webbing. The fit of the webbing is improved and we added Velcro loops to secure the ends of the webbing so there is no more flapping. We encapsulated the arm pads in nylon material improving the life of the padding. We also improved the material of the webbing itself, heavy cordura nylon panels for comfort and durability. The frames are painted in our dual process textured black powder coat.
Rear doors fit with no modifications needed. Adjust the latch mechanism to the striker and it works good. Front doors not so much. No matter how many different ways I tried, I couldn't get the front doors to line up, kept hitting door jam. Beat the tube doors with a hammer and now they close. Maybe BA should get a Jeep JK/U on hand to fit doors to. Just a thought.

The driver side door fits like a glove in the door seal but the passenger side overlaps toward the rear of the door space. It has resulted in chipping the pain in the door seal. This has been a common reported problem among other Jeepers who have purchased them also.

Excellent Fit, but minor flaws
These doors mount very easily on an '08 JK Unlimited Sahara. The latches and hinges align with 0 fuss, and assembly is a breeze. Lesse than 30 minutes to install 4 doors after removal of factory doors, which takes about the same amount of time.
The screw holes that are drilled for the limiting straps (the straps that prevent the door from opening too far) are all stripped out with the exception of 2 (one on two different doors). I will absolutely be forced to either re-drill and tap the holes and use *proper* screws instead of the machine screws supplied, or helicoil them to something appropriate. The assembly here is not appropriate for the use, these should be machine threaded to 14" x 20 or similar. Very, very, poor design on a critical part.

Great doors for the price
Great for 4 wheeling or just to drive to the beach. These doors add a unique style to your jeep. Comparing prices with other doors. This doors come with the cargo net inserts. With other doors, these type of accessories come at an additional cost.

Great for 4 wheeling. These doors add a unique style to your jeep. You must install them and adjust them to avoid scraping the jeeps door surround paint.

These are great doors. I wish they had used the factory hardware, which is better, instead of nuts.

Great looks, needs improvment
I love the looks of the doors and it gives me more room inside my jeep believe it or not. I get compliments every time I'm out driving. Only a couple things that need to be corrected in the design. 1) latches don't secure easily. My door flew open once driving. 2) the doors started to chip my paint after the first day while closing door. 3) mirrors look very distorted when I recieved them in the mail. They look like a funhouse carnival mirror.

Don't Bring work into the home
Good product on style. Specifications to match the factory hinges were off. Also had an issue with the limiting straps. Bolt wholes were smooth and lil large for the screws. Lucky had a tap and die set fixed it right up. Other the that love the style.

Nice doors, need better mirrors
The only complaint I have about these doors is that they used white padding on the black tubing, which makes it look incredibly cheap.
Other than that, these are great doors that are well worth the price and work very well.
