Easy installation, made a big difference on my 2003 f350
This is exactly what F250 Sd needed. The stabilizer adds a little luxury to the steering system
Very easy to install. Took me 5 minutes. Solved my wheel shimmy. My stock unit had 190000 miles on it. It was worn out. Made a big difference.
After installation my steering wheel does not vibrate and the truck does not pull to the left like it did previously.
I replaced an older after market steering stabilizer on my F350 4X4 dually with a Bilstein 5100 steering stabilizer. The installation was super easy and took about 5 minutes. I now have a smoother front end with less road vibration. I have not had my truck off road yet, so I can't comment on how it performs in the dirt. Great product. Good price. If you need a steering stabilizer, I recommend the Bilstein 5100. I also have the Bilstein 5100 shocks, and they are a great value (Plus they look great)!

Q: Will this be good for a Toyota FJ40? Answer this question
While the ThyssenKrupp Bilstein Company began as a German enterprise, Bilstein shocks are developed and manufactured in Hamilton, Ohio. Bilstein develops and fabricates premium quality monotube shock absorbers directly for automobile manufactures, aftermarket outfits and motorsports applications. The precision and craftsmanship in manufacturing that fueled company growth in Germany were brought straight to the factory in Hamilton, Ohio. The factory includes an engineering department, rigorous shock testing facility and a motorsports track. The track allows the engineers to tweak their designs in response to real world testing during development. The rigorous testing allows for designs to go through a machine simulated life of a shock absorber in all kinds of terrain conditions. The resulting products promise the highest in performance.
