A: Yep. Due to the fact that whatever you’re using to change the height of the front of the truck you still have changed the geometry of the UCA angle. I just put the Bilstein on my truck and set them at 2.8”. Waiting on my UCA’s still. I also ordered a pair of front sway bar end links that are @ 3” longer.

A: No it is not necessary to replace the upper control arm when installing these adjustable shocks.

A: That's it. Recheck your instructions, you can not use the top slot (or rung as you called it)

A: maybe one more turn, 0-2.6" is what Bilstein has listed.

A: They are safe to raise to 4 for daily street driving 5 is too high for stock truck with no front weight It places great load on lower ball joints and upper ball joints parts will break much faster at 5 also alignment issues at 4 you will be fine stiffer ride but way more controlled

A: No they dont. I have mine set right before highest setting for a level ride. I haven’t had any issues. You will definitely notice the ride difference. Highly recommend. 

A: The leveling kits are generally spacers that go on top of the strut assembly. I would definitely take the spacer out when installing these. I believe these are good for about 2.25" max. The middle groove is good for about 3/4" and the bottom one is stock height. You cann look at the install directions on bilstein's website. Or youtube.

A: Have no idea I order a pair on April and I’m still getting the run around with them  not being in stock or being stock by at another store. Have asked for a a refund  about five times now and still have not gotten a response back . Will not be doing business with this company again .

A: "increase the overall lift height to 4.5-5" Maybe, but i wouldn't. I moved the surclip to one notch higher than stock height with my RC 3.5" and it works giving it a slightly higher stance in front, maybe a 3.75" lift. It now rides better than the straight RC 3.5" setup but it's still not fantastic, articulation is poor. Looks great though. Mind the CV joint angles. Don't push the angles too far or you WILL wear them out and have a terrible ride. You'll probably have luck with the 33" tires with the right wheels / offsets. maybe a bit of rubbing at full turn. We're running 285 toyo ATIIIs on stock wheels and very minor rubbing at full turn. Overall, very happy with the 5100, got a couple thousand miles on them. Cant go wrong. 2007 Suburban, RC 3.5, Bilstein 5100's, Toyo ATIII's

A: I put these on my 2018 Chevy Silverado and did not need to purchase anything additional. These were a direct fit with the factory set up.

A: This is a shock absorber. The 2019 Ford Ranger has a coil-over style front shock, not a strut. So the stock coil-over will have to be disassembled and this shock reinstalled with the stock spring and spring hat. You can purchase a direct replacement coil-over shock from Fox or King but this will be more expensive as you don’t have to take the assembly apart and reassemble.

A: Reason for not wanting to use original? It’ll work fine I used it on mine. 

A: You should be fine, they are supposed to be the same as all the 4 gen Rams. My brother in-law has a 19' classic and it's exactly the same as my 17'.

A: I have the 5100s on my 2021 Tundra at top setting. Everything else is stock. I also had a 2013 Tundra with 5100s on middle setting and put 140k miles on it. Everything else was stock as well. No need for upper arms unless you are looking for offroad strength IMO.

A: The 2010 Tundra uses a leaf spring, so to raise the rear you will need to use a lift block or add-a-leaf or lift shackle to raise rear. The BIL24-245487 is a front strut, not a rear shock. Once lifted, you will need a longer shock.
