BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 Tire when roadside assistance is not an option the super-tough sidewall compound and 3-ply construction resists cuts and bruises to take the edge off of rocks and other off-road hazards. Overcome nearly any obstacle with linear flex zones that allow the tire to conform and grab obstacles in aired-down driving. Leave the tow rig at home Drive to the trails with better road manners and less noise than you'd expect in an unstoppable off-road tire! The T/A KM2 is an excellent tire for the driver who needs great off-road traction, but still wants a good wearing, long mileage street tire. The Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 has a footprint made to dominate almost anything in its path. Smart design gives it excellent mud-clearing ability and low road noise.
255 85 16 on Toyota Tacoma will take u anywhere huge mistake changing the pattern to km3 which are horrible
15 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited - 3" Lift. Added spacers - 1.75" and the 35" 12.50 BF MTs work great. In snow they outperform Toyo MTs. Toyo MT had me sliding everywhere in Northern Minnesota snow. Barely get traction in two inches of snow. BF MTs plowed through a 14" snow like nothing. Plenty of grip going up and down hills.
I drive about 18 miles to and from work everyday and hunt each weekend about 50 miles away. My city mileage has went down a little but my highway mileage has stayed the same. The tires have very little road noise with the radio on at an average sound decibel can not hear the tires. As for off-road they perform beyond expectations. I hunt in the mountains of Northern Alabama, if yoou can call them that at 2500 foot peaks. I use to have to travel up and down on a fourwheeler but no more and I drive a Dodge Ram 1500 Crewcab. I would recommend these tires for sure. I am measuring the tire depth at each 1000 miles for the first 15000 miles of the tire and will continue to post reviews on wear.
Put on a Jeep Wrangler. Unstoppable Now.
This tire went above and beyond my expectations. I replaced 325 65 18 Toyo ATs and loved my mudders. My 05 F350 got 60,000 miles out of it with some tread to spare when I bought my set of BFG ATs, I didn't care for them and went back to the MT and won't change again!
tires are great and do even better when needed off road. they are awesome on my jk

Q: Will this tire fit a stock jeep 15 x 7 inch rim? Answer this question
A: Hello Scott The 7 inch rim is going to really pull the sidewalls in. To get a good contact patch you would have to drop the air pressure way down. They are designed for 8 - 10 inch wide wheels but have seen them on 7's. Running on that narrow of a wheel will tend to wear the center of the tire. Thanks
