Built through experience... earned on the trail. The new BF Goodrich KM3 tire delivers industry-leading toughness and traction to take drivers anywhere they want to go.
Made to mud: 5% better mud traction. Power through mud and loose soil with BFG's Terrain-Attack tread design. Its massive tread blocks are designed to deliver incredible grip from any angle of approach, and Mud-Phobic Bars release compacted mud for continued traction.
Built to climb: 8% better rock traction. Take on Earth's toughest terrain with advanced Krawl-TEK compound that enhances grip on rock and slick surfaces. Plus, a Linear Flex Zone allows the tire to flex and envelop objects in aired-down driving situations.
Created to conquer: 27% tougher sidewalls. Go places others only dream of, thanks to race-proven advancements. CoreGard Max Technology uses a thick sidewall shield and specialized compound to help guard against sharp objects, while Traction-Armor Sidewall Sculpture helps prevent sidewall splitting.
I bought a set of 4 tires fro my truck less than 3 months ago and you can tell right away that the wear on these tires has gone down atleast 1/3 i dont even think that they will last a year

Hi Irving93, we hate to hear that the tires aren't wearing as expected. A member of our Consumer Care Team will reach out via email, or you can contact us at 866-866-6605.
I had bfg ko2's and decided to get some mud terrains and went with the KM3. I am happy that I did because these tires perform better off road and look cooler too. These perform well on the street and in the rain. I used to put my truck in 4wd sometimes when it would rain a lot and the streets would get flooded but with the mud terrain km3's I don't have to. I have had these tires for about 18k miles, used mostly on the road, and they still look awesome and have plenty of life left on them.
Picked these up in a 315/70/17
Let me say took these out to gold Mountain in big bear and these tire grip and are seriously best I've had.... Do run a little small tho :(
3.0Great till 20k
I agree with the user above the tires are great and you hit about 20,000 miles I purchased 10/2019 And just replaced got them at 31k miles just replaced at 60k with lots of tread left.
The more miles you get the more wobbly kids and shaky it made me think my limit was off or something else was wrong now tired or replace not a single issue alignment was fine. It felt like the tires were going to shake off..

4.0Excellent off-road; noise and squirrelly on-road
Love the tire off road, performs excellent and absorbs a lot of shock and impact. They are heavier and mileage has decreased. I’ve had them since 2019 and have put @ 15k miles on them. Still holding at 70% tread life. Rotate every oil change. Here’s the kicker; they are squirrelly on the freeway and like to wander the lane. They can be a bit wishy washy if you have to abruptly lift off the throttle. I’ve put BFG on all my cars and trucks for near 20 years and always will. I think when these go, I’ll back down to the AT’s. Lastly, I did buy a fifth spare MT so I’ll be offloading a new MT to swap to AT’s. Love the tire, off road they are king, on road you need to be ready to provide extra driver input.
I have been running KM3's on my vintage Land-Rover, hitting tough trails deep in Death Valley for a couple years now. My drive just to get to DV is about 500 miles, and I am doing some other highway miles locally. The desert performance is great. DV is famous for shredding tires, but I have had no problems. I am stunned by the low wear on pavement. Highly recommended. Most of my L-R buddies "in the know" are running them.
1.0Noisy crap for mileage life

4.0Great off road, too loud on pavement
These are really fantastic tires off road and the tread noise had been very tolerable until my first rotate and balance at 4,600 miles. High pitch wine is now not tolerable. I'm very surprised.
