PRODUCT OVERVIEW

BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 has a 20 percent tougher sidewall and features race-proven CoreGard Technology to take on the toughest road hazards with confidence. The split and bruise resistant sidewall rubber is derived from BFGoodrichs race proven Baja T/A KR2 tire. Adding a thicker, extended shoulder rubber down the sidewall helps to protect more of the critical sidewall failure zone. BFG has longer teadlife tires that extend your adventures On and Off-Road. Specially formulated tread rubber that has been optimally blended to reduce chip and tear for superior gravel road endurance. The advanced tire footprint shape results in more evenly distributed stress, for longer more uniform wear. Interlocking tread design will provide increased tread block stability, for more even wear over the long haul. Reject stone retention and provide extra tread cleanout protection against stone drilling with the BFG Stone Ejectors. Aggressive All-Terrain Traction that exceeds the Rubber Manufacturer Association Severe Snow Traction performance requirements to confidently get where you want to go in any weather condition.

New tires that are specifically designed for off-road adventures enable you to explore the paths less traveled. Whether you like driving up mountain trails or exploring remote beaches, tires like the 265/75r16 bfg ko2 are made to handle unexpected challenges common to off-road adventures. With 20% tougher side walls than average tires, they will keep you safer and on the road even when the going gets tough. When it's time to upgrade your ride with sturdy, all-terrain tires, you can rest assured that 4 Wheel Parts has you covered with an extensive selection and great customer service.

The Best All-terrain Tires

These bfg ko2 265/75r16 tires do more than look good driving you to work and back. They have powerful grip technology which gives them superior traction on wet or snow-covered roads. Using special tread rubber that is less likely to rip or tear, these tires are designed to shine on gravel roads. The tire footprint evenly distributes up to 3415 lbs, allowing less wear and tear and a longer life for the tires. They feature a 15/32 tread depth that provides extra tread cleanout protection to help protect your tires from sharp objects that might otherwise become embedded in them. With a universal fit that is not vehicle specific, they make a great upgrade to just about any ride, as long as they are the correct size for your specific vehicle.

5.0 Best Tires Ever

I bought these for my Jeep JK and was amazed at the offroad and street performance. They are very quiet on the road. I use these tires offroad at Moab and at a Jeep Jamboree.

3.0 Fuel mileage beware!

I bought these a few weeks ago for my 2019 Ram 1500 4x4. They look AMAZING and I went with the factory size of 275 55 20. My MPG on the highway really suffered. Went from 23.9 MPG down to 18.9. I expected some decrease but that's a lot of $$$ over time. The ride is decent. I had a better ride out of Toyo Open Country but they were slightly less aggressive. Not really sure if I want to keep the K02. If it wasn't for the MPG decrease then I would love them.

Response From BFGoodrich -
Thank you for providing your feedback in regard to your experience with All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires. New tires having full tread depth will have more grip and rolling resistance in comparison to worn tires. As the new tires wear, the rolling resistance decreases. Over the life of the tires, all things being equal, the fuel efficiency should improve.

5.0 Best Balance of Performance, Durability, and Price

Installed these a month ago after I got a flat in the middle of a national park with the stock tires on my AT4. I am much more confident with these and they look better. Last week I forgot to put it in 4WD and made it up a very steep gravel hill from a stop with no slipping. These tires are exactly what you need if you do any off-road driving. Still quiet on the road and won't be stopped in the snow.

Q: how many plies are these tires 8 or 10 Answer this question

A: They are 8 ply but are the best wearing tires I can find... Great traction, good looks, and when the going get's tough (mud/snow/sand/whatever) you have a set of tires that can take on anything. They are not just SUV road tires. I put them on all my rigs and never think twice.

Q: Hello, I have a 2013 JK Wrangler Sport. I do not intend on doing a lift, just leaving it stock. I also do not do any major off road, just simple trails and (when permitted) mowing through some snow. I am looking for the largest size tire my jeep can take and still e comfortable. Is this it? Or do you have a better suggestion? Also, do your stores do installs? Specifically I am near your store in Santa Ana, CA. Thanks!! Jeremy Answer this question

Q: 2006 Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited - No lift: Will this size fit before a 2.5" lift is installed? What are the implications? Tires may have to happen before a lift can be purchased. Answer this question

A: Hi Kevin The BFG LT265/75R16 AT KO2 tires are an excellent choice for your Jeep when it has a 2.5 inch lift. They are going to rub on your plastic fender flares when you go through a big dip or over a big bump. They will clear most of the time during your street driving. It would be recommend to lift the vehicle soon after outing the larger tires on and stay on the highway and wait to go off road after putting on a 2.5 to 3/5 inch lift Thank You Jon Snyder 4Wheelparts
