Fits Trektop NX windows perfectly!!!
The side windows of my Trektop NX fit laying flat and then I roll the rear window in an old sheet and lay it in diagonally before zipping it up. The tailgate bar and front seat over head bar fit under the back seat. I usually have the back seat folded down, so I wrap the straps around the headrest and lay the bag on the folded seat back if I take the windows with me.

A: The Trektop Pro Window Storage Bag has cloth dividers in it to keep the windows from scratching each other. Yes, the bag holds only the windows, the Trektop Pro doesn't have a tailgate bar and the bag does not hold the top arch.
