The color works with any bed color. Fits My truck perfect. Saves old knees when you have to get in the bed area. Also it minimizes the items sliding around.

A: Yes, because you must trim and fit it yourself. It is wider and longer than necessary. If you are handicapped, as I am, it may be a little trying. They do offer an installation fee but I'm not sure it is available everywhere.
