I purchased my BakFlip Fibermax cover online, placed order with the online rep in chat, very easy and was good to know there was an actual person involved. Shipped very quickly and got here sooner than expected in perfect shape. Direction are pretty straight forward and easy to understand. Took a little over an hour to install by myself...
