Turn your Jeep from trail rated to trail proven by keeping the powertrain in check. Auto Meter has assembled a dual gauge A-pillar kit that consists of a ruggedized ABS gauge pillar that locates the instruments within the drivers line of sight without blocking the field of view. Sport-Comp II gauges continue the factory aesthetics while providing clear and precise readings for transmission temperature and oil pressure. The gauges are highly visible during daytime and nighttime due to their bold functional design and high definition LED through-the-dial lighting. These two gauges can mean the difference between arriving home and being left in the mud.

I have a Jeep 2014 JK Sport with a manual transmission. I don't need a transmission temperature gauge, but I would like a voltmeter instead. Can a voltmeter (or other gauge) be substituted, and, if so, would there be a price differential. A second question has to do with the sending unit for the oil pressure gauge. My mechanic says that previous oil pressure sending units are difficult to fit on the new 3.6L engine on the 2014 model. How is this sending unit mounted on the newer engine?

Asked by CalRanger from Santa Cruz, California on

Hello CalRanger and thank you for your question. Auto Meter Jeep JK Gauge Kit can have the gauges switched out for other gauges. The sending unit is mounted where the stock sending unit is mounted.
