Q: Will this fit on my 2013 JK front axel? It says it's for 05 and older... if not do you have one like this that will fit? Answer this question
A: Hello Rattler In 2006 they changed the inner dimensions of the carrier and side gears on the Dana 30. I don't know of any of this type of locker that fits the 2006 and newer Dana 30 axles. The only way I have seen it done is replacing the carrier with part number D/S706008x and install the locker in this carrier. http://www.4wheelparts.com/Drivetrain-Differential/Dana-30-Open-Differential-Carrier-Case.aspx?t_c=12&t_s=237&t_pt=5589&t_pn=D/S706008X Thanks

Q: How much in total will it come out to.intall the locker in my jeep wrangler 97 2.5l thank you Answer this question
A: Hello To install the locker in the Dana 30 front end it has to be torn down all the way to the carrier coming out. To get the carrier pin out the ring gear needs to come off the carrier. The labor cost would be 400.00 to install plus the price of the locker and fluid.

Auburn Gear's differentials are produced from design to production in their 250,000 sq. ft. plant in Auburn, Indiana. Auburn Gear has been in the manufacturing business in the United States for 60 years. Before making differentials for Jeeps, Auburn Gear manufactured for the busing, aerial lift, agricultural, mining, forest, marine and heavy construction industries. In addition to the plant itself, Auburn Gear's property includes 44 acres. So when they design differentials, they actually install them in Jeeps and then drive them around the trails on their own property to see how they perform. This is how Auburn Gear brings customers excellent quality and we proudly carry many of their products. Shop Auburn Gear Now
