Q: Will this work with a 2005 V6 Mustang that has a stock 7.5 inch differential with 28 spline axles ? Answer this question

A: Hi Knight The AUB542023 is the correct traction device for your Mustang. This is a very good unit .Auburn also offers their PRO POSI unit. It is part number AUB542048 and it has an even higher torque bias ratio for even more traction. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thank You Jon Snyder 4Wheelparts

Auburn Gear's differentials are produced from design to production in their 250,000 sq. ft. plant in Auburn, Indiana. Auburn Gear has been in the manufacturing business in the United States for 60 years. Before making differentials for Jeeps, Auburn Gear manufactured for the busing, aerial lift, agricultural, mining, forest, marine and heavy construction industries. In addition to the plant itself, Auburn Gear's property includes 44 acres. So when they design differentials, they actually install them in Jeeps and then drive them around the trails on their own property to see how they perform. This is how Auburn Gear brings customers excellent quality and we proudly carry many of their products. Shop Auburn Gear Now
