do your homework. there are better values out there.

The product was lacking a few key installation parts. Tech support was helpful here. This product is not very durable and isn't for heavy off road use. It fails to lock up under hard use. The tire size maximum is 35 inch. The factory tire size on a super duty is 32 inch. a 285/75/16 is the biggest tire you can run with this so called locker. It's priced to compete with the ARB lockers, but doesn't come close. I rock crawl with 5.38 gears and 37's and it fails completely. For a few dollars more I could have bought a locker that was up to the challenge. Hope this helps you all.

Auburn Gear's differentials are produced from design to production in their 250,000 sq. ft. plant in Auburn, Indiana. Auburn Gear has been in the manufacturing business in the United States for 60 years. Before making differentials for Jeeps, Auburn Gear manufactured for the busing, aerial lift, agricultural, mining, forest, marine and heavy construction industries. In addition to the plant itself, Auburn Gear's property includes 44 acres. So when they design differentials, they actually install them in Jeeps and then drive them around the trails on their own property to see how they perform. This is how Auburn Gear brings customers excellent quality and we proudly carry many of their products. Shop Auburn Gear Now
