Artec Industries is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, but its origins are an American success story based in Tucscon, Arizona. The owner, Artie Nuttall, married into a family of off-roaders who quickly infected him with their enthusiasm. So much so that Nuttall took a welding class at a community college so that he could complete DIY axle swaps on his rig in his garage. Turns out he had a talent for welding and in 2010 Artie successfully marketed a line of battery mounts. From there, Artec Welding turned into Artec Industries and though the product line and success grew, Nuttall's attention to craftsmanship and quality never wavered. Shop Artec Industries Now
