I used it for a week in the big horn mountains. It rained and everything stayed dry. We were able even to sleep two adults and three kids in it reasonably comfortably.

Great tent, easy to install and deploy. After year of use in all weather this tent has never leaked or failed in anyway.

4 stars due to cheap ladder and poor customer service from 4wp. I received my tent and it is great except the fact that the ladder was lost in Transit. Neither the shipping company nor 4Wheelparts.com seemed to give a dang that the product I purchased was not usable without the ladder. An option of new ladder or partial refund were discussed upon approval of a management. I said I’d rather have the partial refund and I’d just order a different, so I knew something was being done and I could go camping. When the ladder did final show up, it was cheaply built, mangled and unusable. I sent pictures of the trashed ladder to Audrianna with 4wp. They sent a 2nd ladder which also arrived mangled after I had said I’d ordered another ladder and wanted the partial refund. When I contacted audrianna again I sent more pictures and still nothing has been done. Glad I ordered a different ladder, otherwise I’d probably never be able to use it. I’ve ordered many part through 4wp. This was the most expensive thing for me. Yet the worst customer service I’ve ever had with any company.

Great tent with plenty of room....the only downside is that the attachment fittings can become rounded and I can't get replacements anywhere. I emailed ARB directly and they don't even respond!!

Great construction and works great, only down side is I wish annex had a floor.
