PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The ARB Air Locker is a pneumatic locking differential that uses air to facilitate the locking of both axles. This action converts your differential from a conventional open to a full spool type axle supplying 100% power to both wheels to keep you going through the worst terrain. ARB onboard air compressor required to activate Air Lockers. Sold Separately.

Everything went well! directions easy to follow. I had put the rear lockers in last year, again with no issues. Would not attempt this if you have no mechanical ability and patients. You do need some special tools torque wrench, axel housing spreader, back lash indicator, heat gun.

Works great and doesn't affect driving or turning when not engaged unlike auto lockers that affect how sharp you can turn. You never know it is there until you flick the switch.

4.0 Gotta be locked!

I have ARB Air Lockers in my 04 TJ. I love the on-board air compressor that came with my setup. I was able to use my lockers the day after I got them installed at Browns Camp in the Tillamook State Forest. The only thing that I would change about the system is to be able to select which axle I want to be locked.

Q: Will this lock fit a 2007 Ford Explorer? i think the front differential is a Dana 30 super 27 spline Answer this question

A: The ARBRD100 will not work on the 2007 Explorer Super 30 front end because the spider gears are not machined for the stub axle retainers on the IFS front end.

Q: I have a 2015 Toyota Tacoma Trd Sport and I was wondering if this locker will fit in my truck for front and rear locker? Answer this question

A: Hello Depending on the gear ratio the front would use the RD111 or the RD121 and the rear is the RD129 Thanks

Q: By 3.73 and up do you mean numerically higher? Or higher gearing? I want to install this in a JK dana 30 front diff with 4.56 motive gear ring and pinions. Answer this question
