Q: I recently purchased a 2014 F150 Platinum that has a power step. I do not know if Ford makes one or if this was added by dealer but I want to light the steps. Does your product work with this or only an AMP Power step? Answer this question
A: Hello It is designed to tie into the amp research wiring harness.I checked Fords website and they offer stationary boards only. They have retractable bed step but it is not electric. I would be 95 percent sure they are dealer installed Amp boards.

A: Thanks for the inquiry scorpion75, the AMP-Research PowerStep LED Light Kit part # AMP75131-01A is just the LED lights for older steps, all new steps come with the LED lights.
