BEDSTEP retractable bumper step flips down with the nudge of a foot providing a faster, easier and safer way to get into your truck bed to load or unload cargo. Features a high-traction nylon composite step pad for sure footing. Supports up to 300 lbs. Frame-mounts, under the rear bumper so it works even with an open tailgate or when towing.
The AMP BedStep is PERFECT for stepping up onto the bumper or tailgate, or even just to get above a load I'm strapping down. I have a Gladiator Rubicon, 2" lift with 35" tires, which puts the top of the bumper at 33" above ground - the tread of the BedStep is 21" off the ground, MUCH easier. Does not touch or interfere with the factory rock rails, which extend behind the rear wheels at the bottom of the bed. I have mine offset to the right (it's a passenger-side mount) and it feels solid under my foot and does not extend beyond the body. Extremely well made, easy to install using existing bolts/holes. From the side, use your foot to nudge it back and down to use, tap it forward to spring it back to its stowed position.
perfect design! ----------------------------------

Great alternative to the step in the middle of the tailgate/workspace on the Ford F-250 4x4. Easy install. Easy to operate.
Q: Is this driver-side specific, or can it go on either side? That's a pretty important detail to clarify. Answer this question
A: Drivers side. It’s really nice and depending on what year, there might not be a bracket to remove. EASY install!!

Q: my 2002 F350 has a factory receiver hitch and and a torklift camper tie down extension, would this bumper step fit my truck with these items installed Answer this question
A: It mounts to the frame under the rear bumper. No issues with your hitch but I am not sure about your camper tie down extension. The installation instructions are added to view if you want to check those out first.
