The RubiCrawler increases our available gear ratios allowing you to gear your Jeep to the terrain in which you are wheeling on. The various ratios will allow you more control of the vehicle which results in extreme off road performance while maintaining a fun and safe off-roading experience.
Will I need to lengthan/shorten drive shafts for the install on my JK Unlimited

No you don't have to do anything with the drive shafts. The Rubicrawler is the same length as the stock adapter between the transmission and transfer case.

Is there a crawler box similar to this one that is compatible with a 2012 JKU Rubicon with manual transmission?

The Advance Adapters 42RLE Rubicrawler Crawler Box, ADVRUBI-JKAD
This part is only available for the Automatic transmission. They do not make anything at this time that will fit the manual transmission.
Thanks for the question.
Advance Adapters got its start in Downey, California in 1971 with a single adapter mating a Muncie car 4-speed to a Jeep Dana 18 transfer case. Eventually headers, overdrives, motor mounts and linkage brackets were added to the offerings to complement their core adapter components. When interest in rock crawling spiked in the mid-1990s, Advance Adapters offered low ratio transmission swaps then switched gears into the ultra-low gear transfer case arena. Today, the company is based in Paso Robles, California and their engine and transmission conversions for Jeeps are in kit form and sold as individual components. Shop Advance Adapters Now
