A: Check the lug pattern to see if they are 5x115mm for the equinox. The offset should work so check the lug pattern

A: The 4 Wheel Parts Factory S-Series Wheel, 17x9 with 5 on 5 Bolt Pattern - Black Milled - 8018-797350 has the same bolt pattern as the Jeep Gladiator. The stock Gladiator comes with a +44 offset and this wheel has a 0 offset and a backspace of 5" Note: use thread size (14x1.5) lug nuts.
