We are required by law to collect all state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the order. Tax rates are subject to change at any time.

Promotions and special orders

• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
• Shipping offers are not available for delivery addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international destinations.
• All special orders are final. Special order items will be charged $5 and drop-ship items will be charged $1.50 for processing.

Backorders

If an item is on national backorder, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated delivery date.

• Backorders are billed at the time the order is received
• Backorder dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer
• You may cancel a backordered item at any time prior to shipment
• There is no additional shipping charge on backorder shipments
