These arms are used in conjunction with the RE4020 arms to convert the factory four link to a radius arm design. This change improves ride, handling, and driveline geometry in your lifted Jeep. This arm is constructed out of 2 inch x 1/4 inch wall 4130 chromoly and is nearly bulletproof. The arms are adjustable and feature our Super-Flex joints for increased axle articulation.
Rubicon brake lines are as good as they get. We build them to last. Features are thick stainless steel outer casing riding on a rubber casing outside a kevlar casing housing a Teflon inner hose. Mounting brackets included where necessary. So don't neglect your brakes. Always properly bleed system after installation and verify that brake lines do not contact tires, moving suspension components and that length is sufficient for full travel. Built to DOT specifications.
The Jeep JK High Steer Kit. This kit brings your steering angles back into factory specs on 3.5?-5.5? lifted JK Wranglers. Included is a HD drag link made from solid bar for maximum strength and utilizes an OE tie rod end for simple replacement should the end become worn out. The axle mounted track bar bracket accepts and allows for adjustment with the OE track bar while also relocating the steering stabilizer above the drag link.
Our control arm brackets are laser cut from 3/16 inch cold rolled steel and then CNC formed for unmatched precision and strength. These brackets are required for cleanly mounting a custom axle in your TJ.
Long arm conversion pan for TJ Wrangler 97-02. The long arm conversion pan is the heart of the RE7200 series lift kits. This is the new mounting point for all of the control arms, as well as the transmission and transfer case. The brackets are designed to strengthen the frame, while the convenient drop out center section allows for easy transfer case and transmission service without having to remove suspensioncomponents. The pan increases ground clearance by nearly an inch. Mounting this pan requires modification of the exhaust hanger bracket on some vehicles.
