Fixed a speed wobble issue that you wouldn't think a 2008 Jeep would have. The stock steering dampener was shot. The Procomp replacement was easy bolt on install. Great quality

The Full-Traction unit that I replaced had a smaller diameter housing; and I was concerned that this item would be too large to fit properly and avoid interferrance with the JK track-bar or diff. cover. However, there was plenty of adjustability at the tie-rod clamp to maintain clearances. Product works as well as the item replaced.

This unit needs to be slightly longer to bolt in place of the stock unit. If not, the main body which is fat will rub against the track bracket. 4 wheel parts are good about replacing it but plan on doing that often. If you adjust the bracket on the other end you can make it fit better but the shock then is in harms way and will suffer clearance issues. I would spend the money on a better unit tha
