VIAIR Onboard Air Systems
VIAIR C model compressors are intended to fill air tanks. They are not equipped with an ON/OFF switch or pressure sensitive shutoff device of any kind (except for Dual Performance Value Packs that contain a pressure switch). The use of a pressure switch and relay are recommended and required for operation. Most "C" model VIAIR compressors are equipped with a stainless steel braided leader hose and a check valve to keep the compressor from restarting under pressure, which can create an amp draw spike that can cause motor damage.
VIAIR H model compressors are intended to fill tires using an open-ended air hose. Most VIAIR compressors are equipped with an ON/OF switch and thermal overload protector that will shut down the unit when overheated. When cool, the compressor will automatically restart as normal.

VIAIR 90 Series compressors offer a light-duty solution for smaller air requirements and are meant to fill no larger than a 1 gallon air tank. Multiple duty cycles, mounting, compressor finish, and intake options are available depending on model. Compressors in this series include: 90C, 92C, 95C, and 98C.

VIAIR 100 Series compressors are rated to 130 PSI maximum working pressure with 15% duty cycle. Features include a standard 1/4" NPT stainless steel braided leader hose with inline check valve and insulated wiring for simple installation. Compressors in this series include multiple mounting and compressor finish, and intake options are available. Compressors in this series include the 100C standard mounting bracket and 100C omega-style mounting bracket.

VIAIR 200 Series compressors are rated to 150 PSI maximum working pressure with either 25% or 30% duty cycle. Features include a standard 1/4" NPT stainless steel braided leader hose with inline check valve and insulated wiring for simple installation. Compressors in this series include 275C and 280C.

VIAIR 300 Series compressors are rated to 150 PSI maximum working pressure with either 33% or 100% duty cycles available. Features include a standard 1/4" NPT stainless steel braided leader hose with inline check valve and insulated wiring for simple installation. Compressors in this series include 325C and 350C.

VIAIR 400 Series compressors are rated to 150 PSI maximum working pressure with either 33% or 100% duty cycles available. Features include a standard 1/4" NPT stainless steel braided leader hose with inline check valve and insulated wiring for simple installation. Compressors in this series include: 400C, 420C, 450C, and 460C.

Industrial Grade compressors (or IG compressors) are specifically designed to fill air reservoir tanks and feature a head assembly that includes a newly-developed, patent-pending intercooler for improved heat dissipation. All IG compressors are certified CE spec and feature outstanding sealing properties when exposed to the elements. Additionally, all IG compressors are equipped with a separate stainless steel braided PTFE-lined leader hose and separate check valve assembly that serves to protect the compressor by eliminating the possibility of high amperage restarts. Compressors in this series include 330C-IG and 450C-IG.

Dual Performance Value Packs include two heavy-duty VIAIR compressors (either 400C or 450C), two heavy-duty 40-amp relays, and a 110 PSI cut-on, 145 PSI cut-off pressure switch to make installing a quick and efficient custom onboard air system simple and affordable. All Dual Packs come with remote mount filter assemblies and mounting hardware. Each Dual Performance Value Pack is rated to fill tank volumes up to 10 gallons. Dual Performance Value Packs included in this series are Dual 400C (33% duty cycle) and Dual 450C (100% duty cycle).
