Stop exhaust manifold cracks in their tracks with BD’s new Pulse exhaust manifold for the Dodge-Cummins. Cast from high silicon ductile iron, the Pulse features expansion joints that allow the exhaust manifold to expand and contract without cracking or leaking. As the name implies, these manifolds are “pulse tuned” to assist in combustion chamber evacuation and increased exhaust flow. The result is quicker turbo spool-up, reduced backpressure, increased power, and better fuel economy. Some kits include stainless steel fasteners and washers to prevent lost or loose manifold bolts. Gaskets are available separately.

You may not know it, but the factory driver’s side exhaust manifold is pinched down to allow for steering shaft clearance, which actually isn’t required. As a result, this manifold only flows 80% of the passenger side. The BD Diesel Full Bore exhaust manifold restores exhaust flow balance, improving power and reducing EGT. Made from high-silicon ductile iron, the Full Bore is a direct, bolt-in replacement for the factory manifold and is even drilled and tapped to accept the most popular EGT probes.

Eliminate sticky EGR valves and replacements of the troublesome and expensive EGR cooler on the Ford 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel by installing an EGR Cooler Delete Kit. The EGR valve is prone to sticking, which can create over-pressurization of the coolant system and possibly blow head gaskets due to the EGR cooler leaking into the cylinder.
Deleting the EGR cooler also reduces engine water temperature and EGTs, improving fuel mileage and engine reliability. Plus, it increases horsepower.

For those who want to give their Diesel pick-up the bad boy truck look, BD Diesel's new Stack Exhaust Kits feature 5-inch 409 Stainless Steel tubing with a single inlet / dual outlet design that incorporates an internal plate to ensure equal exhaust flow out of both polished 304 Stainless Steel stacks. This universal kit will couple to most aftermarket turbo downpipes but if no performance downpipe is installed, BD has 409 stainless downpipe kits available to complete the installation.
