The Andersen Manufacturing hitch division has taken its experience and expertise and applied it to the towing industry. We manufacture various hitch products including The Rapid Hitch, The Alumistinger, The AlumiBall, The Mega Mud Flap, The Rapid Jack, The CAMper Leveler, and The HardBall. The Alumistinger is made of one solid piece of aluminum super alloy with no welds, giving it all the strength and durability you need. Andersen Manufacturing Alumistingers are available by themselves in 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10" drops. Balls and locking pins are available separately. Fits a 2" standard receiver. 1" ball shank hole. 8,000lb GTWR and 800lb tongue weight. V5 Certified.

The Rapid Hitch is made of an aluminum super alloy that will never rust. The aluminum looks great by itself. This is the revolutionary aluminum adjustable ball mount that has taken the hitch world by storm. The Rapid Hitch is available in three drop sizes: the 3 1/2" drop/rise, the 5 1/2" drop/rise, and a full 10" drop. The 10" drop is recommended for lifted vehicles and has adjustment options from approximately 4" of drop to the full 10" drop. The standard 5 1/2" drop/rise is designed to fit all factory standard pickup trucks.

The Rapid Hitch has a variety of ball options to choose from. Single balls are available in both plated steel and Greaseless AlumiBalls. Combo Balls are available in plated steel, stainless steel, and Greaseless AlumiBalls. The Greaseless AlumiBall is a lightweight, durable, and rust-free aluminum option for the Rapid Hitch.

The Andersen Manufacturing Greaseless HardBall eliminates the need to ever add lubricants to the coupler again. The ball is manufactured from plated steel and the 1/8” thick nylon cap reduces wear and tear on both the ball and the coupler. Meets V5 and SAE J684 Standards. 1” Steel Shank with 1”. Bolt Replacement Caps are available, though seldom needed. Ball sizes and lb. Rating: 1 7/8" - 5,000 lbs, 2" - 8,000 lbs, and 2 5/16" - 8,000 lbs.

The replacement Zinc Plated Steel Combo Hitch Ball is the same as the standard ball that comes with the Rapid Hitch. Choose 1-7/8” x 2” combo or 2” x 2-5/16” combo.
