Cheap ATV Tires - Buy Quality ATV Tires without Breaking the Bank

Here's the first rule on buying cheap ATV tires – don't sacrifice on quality. This may sound like impossible advice, but it's really not. In the ATV world, some manufacturers do produce durable, high-performing tires that carry a very low price tag. So rest assured that you can find cheap ATV tires that meet your quality and performance standards.

The second rule of buying cheap ATV tires is to shop the low-priced tires and ignore the tires you can't afford.

Cheap ATV tires priced below $50

You already know it's easier to find cheap ATV tires if you have a smaller ATV. In some cases, the smallest size of a particular tire could be 50% cheaper than the largest size. For the same reason, front ATV tires are generally less expensive than the fatter, rear tires. Two low-priced front tires we carry are Maxxis Front Pros and Kenda K284 Front Max tires.

4 Wheel Parts carries five sizes of Maxxis Front Pros, from 20x7-8s up to 23x7-10s. We have seven sizes in the Kenda K284 Front Max, ranging from 20x7-8s to 23.5x8-11s.

The Maxxis Cheng Shin is an inexpensive ATV tire that's available in front and rear sizes, ranging from 14.5x7-6 up to 25x12-9. The Cheng Shin has a two-ply, rated casing and knobby tread.

Another all-purpose, value option is the ITP Trail Wolf. 4 Wheel Parts carries 15 sizes of this tire; this is a great option if you have an older ATV with a less common tire size. This tire has a four-ply rating.

If you compete in ATV motocross, the Razr Cross by Maxxis may be your choice in affordable ATV tires. This lightweight tire is designed for handling performance on harder terrains.

Cheap ATV tires priced between $50 and $70

If your budget allows for up to $70 per tire, you have even more cheap ATV tire options.

ITP ATP489 tires are a great value. 4 Wheel Parts carries this solid, all-purpose tire in more than 20 sizes, several of which are priced below $70. This is a three-ply tire that's great for sport or utility riding.

If you ride on rocky and irregular terrain, you may prefer to buy low-priced ATV tires with a six-ply rating. The higher rating means a stiffer tire that's more resistant to wear and punctures. An affordable, six-ply option is the popular Super Swamper Swamp Lite tire. We have 24 sizes of the Super Swamper Lite, and all provide a good bang for your buck.

Another choice for durability is the Super Swamper TSL Vampire. The tread pattern on these four-ply tires enhances traction, whether you're going forwards, backwards, or sideways.

Cross-country ATV racers prefer the classic Maxxis Razr. 4 Wheel Parts carries the Razr in sizes as small as 21x7-10. Certain sizes are available with either a four- or six-ply rating.

Motocross racers have options, too. In this application, handling and ride comfort at speed take precedence over load rating. Maxxis Razr MX tires are available with two- or four-ply ratings, depending on the size. These are high-value tires that perform in competition. You might also consider Kenda K580 Kutters. These blend durability with a lightweight casing and sticky tread compound for racing.

And, here's the last rule of buying cheap ATV tires – choose the tire that's designed for the type of riding you do. With the number of affordable options out there, you shouldn't have to cut corners to save money.
