Comments about Rancho 2 Inch Loaded QuickLIFT:

Overall the rancho quicklift struts on the front & rancho shocks on the rear really improved the ride & looks of my truck. I installed these myself using the video on youtube (the instructions that came with the struts are very vague). Took about 6 hrs. altogether, that's both fronts & rears. Totally removed the factory rake from my 2005 ford f-150 fx4. Looks & drives great!

Comments about Rancho 2 Inch Loaded QuickLIFT:

Installed the Quicklift shocks on the front and 9000XL on the rear as called for by rancho for leveling truck. It raised the front end but not level. The front end is now 2-3" higher than rear. No problem, will just end up getting blocks or springs but do not expect to level your tacoma.

Comments about Rancho 2 Inch Loaded QuickLIFT:

This is a great replacement for OEM shocks. However I was not able to install myself. Had a mechanic do the install because I had other front end issue (bearings and 4 wheel actuators and lower ball joints replaced) since front end was all apart it was still not that easy to replace. The look of the truck is awesome with the new shocks and great ride.

I used these as an upgrade/replacement of the factory struts. I went with the Rancho because of the proven quality and I wanted to level the front of my truck. These installed very easy, and the ride is great, an incredible improvement over the Ford factory struts. If you're thinking about getting them, just go ahead and pull the trigger on them.

These shocks are pretty awesome! They replaced my broken springs AND leveled my F-150 AND they're smoother. These shocks kill three birds with one stone and they're still less money then Ford's shocks. Only downside of these shocks is they make this clunk noise when I hit a bump. Checked and double checked and triple checked everything and it all seems to be good. I guess they are just noisy.

Comments about Rancho 2 Inch Loaded QuickLIFT:

Exactly what I was looking for. Instructions were vague, but with a bit of mechanical ability, anyone can do the swap. A bit more info about settings on strut would be nice, as you just guess at where the adjustment knob is left at. It took me as long to round up the needed tools as it did to do the job. First one took almost 2 hrs, second one took 30 minutes. Some socket/wrench sizes in the instructions were different than what was on my truck. Next time I would make sure I had every piece needed before I started. Truck looks great.

Hello Makai and thank you for the inquiry on the Rancho 2 Inch Loaded QuickLIFT.
The largest tire size that you could fit with this leveling kit installed would be a 35" tire.
Your wheel will have to have at least 4.5 to 5" backspace.

                      Flip,
Thank you for asking. RS9000XL shock has a small adjustment knob fitted to the base of the shock body. You simply turn the knob with your fingers. No special tools are needed, and you don't need to remove the shock from the vehicle in order to make the adjustments.
The adjustment knob has numbered settings embossed into its face (nine different positions). There is also a small arrow stamped into the shock body so you can align the adjustment dial setting you want to the arrow.

Number 1 is the softest setting and can be achieved by twisting the knob as far as possible anti-clockwise. The firmer settings are achieved then by turning the knob clockwise. Position 9 is the firmest.

Thank you for your question. The Rancho 2 Inch Loaded QuickLIFT is not designed to work for your 03 Chevy avalanche. Rancho does make one that works for 07-14 avalanche. To achieve The extra 2 inches in the front that you are looking for I would recommend http://jo.my/j7en5c . This is a complete lift system. I do not recommend mixing different lift kits or leveling systems. One system that is designed to give you the results in one complete kit will give you much better results.
