Comments about Rugged Ridge Locking Hood Latches:

they are secure but they are 2 pieces and vibrate apart.. happened to me 3 times while on a trip and one time in town,, you have to open hood take latch off from inside take it apart, screw it back together (the 2 pieces) then put it back on the hood,,, not good,, i was driving alone and am female,, dont like having to stop along side the highway in the middle of no where to fix these... once they come apart the hood is loose and goes up and down at will dependant on weather wind etc... not happy with them..
